What to ask before anyone writes code.
What does AI integrated actually mean here?
It means the AI sits inside the workflow rather than beside it. Drafting where your team writes, retrieval where they search, routing where work gets assigned, all grounded in your own data with sources you can check. If a chatbot in the corner would have done, we will tell you that instead.
Do we own the code?
Yes. The code, the data and the infrastructure are yours. We hand over repositories and access, and nothing we build holds you hostage to us continuing to exist.
Do you build custom, or configure something off the shelf?
Whichever costs you less to live with. If a standard tool solves it, we configure it and say so. We build custom when the standard tool would force you to change how your business works to suit it.
Can it talk to the systems we already run?
That is usually the point. Most of what we build sits between things you already pay for, so the calendar, the CRM, the ad platforms and the site stop needing a human to copy data between them.
Where does it run?
On Swiss infrastructure, in Infomaniak Tier III+ datacenters, under the same terms as everything else we host. Software and hosting are not separate decisions here.
What happens when it breaks at 2am?
We keep it patched, monitored and running, and you hear about a problem from us rather than from a customer. Anything we build is something we are prepared to operate.
